Competition work for which we won the 2nd prize: SARP Olsztyn competition "Mikołajki Mazurska Venice". The task was to design a lake shore with infrastructure and a town square in Mikołajki. From the jury's opinion: “The award was granted for an attempt to obtain a homogeneous spatial expression for the area designated in the competition, based on an original interpretation of the spirit of the place and local traditions. The small scale has been kept here, ensuring the accessibility of the quay to everyone, without unnecessary differences in levels, with an effective and friendly differentiation of flooring materials. The zone in contact with the lake's water is made of wood, offering a nice welcome for mooring and a nice place to relax for tourists. (...)
